Hey guys. I feel pretty darn good today. I have completed my workout with my client at 8 am and got a hair cut. Taking care of yourself physically of course is a part of a healthy lifestyle. We often think about healthy lifestyles as weight loss, eating the right foods and working out but it is also about appearance. Today I want you to love the skin your in. You have to love yourself before you can live a healthier life style. Love yourself and wake up and make breakfast, make your bed, workout etc. etc. Go for a walk today for about 30 minutes, and for 15 minutes set timer do 10 push-ups, 10 squats, 10 Jumping jacks.

PS.

Instead of buying that outfit that someday I want to get in think about today and get yourself something now that you can wear enjoy life in the present and still get ready for your future.

Hey you guys. So today's daily bread is about perspective. In life we have high, lows, good, and bad. God has the victory over it all. Sometimes we ask for the storm to stop without listening to the thunder. Think of a little child going in mom and dad's room because it's storming. Maybe we need to be that child again instead of staying in the room scared change your perspective and go in another room. It will still be storming and you could not change that but you made a change in that moment. Living a healthy life is about changing your perspective as well. I may not be able to do certain workouts, or eat certain things but change the perspective do what you can do with what you have to work with. Be blessed.

Let's do 150 squats and walk, run or ride bike for 30 minutes -1 hour.

Hey my fitness friends I can admit it has been a while since I have been on my blog spot and I am truly sorry for that. I hope that you guys have been more consistent with your healthy lifestyle  then I have been with my blog. Being consistent with anything in life shows results. Every day one of my close friends send me the  daily bread quote. I expect it everyday and think about when he will send it. Our body is similar, we wake up around the same time everyday as normal, we are probably ready to eat around the same time etc. etc. We should make a schedule time, map out a plan before your week begins for healthy living and stick to it and if we continue to do that we get use to it, our  body is in tune with it.

 My people that have not did much working out lately or never and just hate the thought of it, go for a walk in your neighborhood, at a track with your hubby, wife, friend, and or kids etc. Office workers challenge yourself to do 100 squats, and or some over head lifts with the dumbbells that you feel comfortable with but can also give you a challenge. Have a great day

Hey you guys. Yesterday was a great day. I normally write a list of things I would like to do the day before, you can call it my goal list. When I make my list and follow it my day is so much more productive. In life we have to always challenge ourselves to do better and have a plan. So make that goal list and mark it off as your productive day is passing. Write your workout down. Today lets get 10,000 steps in,4 sets of 25 Flutter kicks,4 sets 25 jumping jacks, 4 sets of 25 sit-ups, 4 sets 1 minute planks. If your a beginner half the workout up. If your wondering how would I do some of these workouts you can use google. I will soon have some videos on my webpage that you can view. Have a wonderful day and be blessed.

Hey you guys. Start your day off right. When I work out before I start my day I have more energy. Working out is definitely a stress reliever. Today is a beautiful day outside let's enjoy it. Take a walk for about 30-45 minutes and listen to some motivational speaking, 50 sit-ups, 50 push-ups, 50 jumping jacks. Have a blessed day.
